All of our return polices are as per manufactures written Return of goods policy for all goods returned in box unopened unused condition. All used Equipment is unreturnable and will not be accepted. All custom millwork, butcher block tables and fabricated stainless steel goods are not returnable and will not be accepted.

Any product that does not have an expressed policy of returns is as follows:
Goods may not be returned without written Return Authorization Number from Regester Equipment Co Inc. All cartons returned must be marked with the RA number. In order for the merchandise to be returned, it must be in the originial carton and unopened. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days of originial ship date. Special merchandise built to a buyer's specifications may not be returned.  Returned goods must be shipped to Regester Equipment or specified address by way of prepaid freight and will be credited less 20% restocking charge.

Written Authorization
Returns will not be accepted without authorization from your John Boos Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative. Returns received without authorization may be refused unless merchandise was returned due to Freight damage.
Return of Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise consists of products that do not meet the stated product representations. If you wish to return merchandise that you consider to be defective, the return will require authorization from your John Boos Customer Service Representative or Sales Rep-resentative.

Time Limit
Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the date of the original invoice.

Restocking Fee
Returns made because of a customer ordering error are subject to a variable restocking fee from 25% - 50%.

Non-Returnable Items
1. Custom or special-order items.
2. Items which have been modified.
3. Items which are not under warranty.

Return Procedure
1. Claims should be submitted in writing.
2. Provide us with the following information:
 a. Customer's name as it appears under "Bill To" on the John Boos invoice.
 b. John Boos invoice number.
 c. The invoice date
 d. The quantity, catalog number and description. Note: A copy of the John Boos invoice will provide us with all the above in-formation.
 e. Your purchase order number.
 f. The reason for the return.
 g. Photographs, if applicable.
3. Your John Boos Representative will complete a Returned Goods Memorandum and mail notification of return shipping instructions and delivery expiration date.

Vita Mix Return Policy

Goods may not be returned without written Return Authorization Number from Vita Mix Corperation. All cartons returned must be marked with the RA number. In order for the merchandise to be returned, it must be in the originial carton and unopened. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 120 days of originial ship date. Special merchandise built to a buyer's specifications may not be returned.  Returned goods must be shipped to Vita Mix prepaid freight and will be credited less 30% restocking charge. The restocking charge will be reduced to 20% if a replacement unit is ordered at the time of return.

Damaged and Shortages:

Inspect all shippments immediatly. Vita Mix Corperation and or carrier must be notified of any damage and/or shortares to shippment within 48 hours of recipt.

Waring Commercial Return Policy
Return Merchandise will not be accepted without prior written authorization.

WARING SERVICE

PARTS AND SERVICE ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE ADDRESS INDICATED HEREIN. HOWEVER, PARTS CAN BE COMBINED WITH FINISHED GOODS ORDERS BUT NOT FOR TRANSPORTATION SINCE THEY ARE SHIPPED FROM A SEPARATE WAREHOUSE.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

WARlNG warrants every new WARlNG COMMERCIAL PRODUCT to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase when used with foodstuffs, nonabrasive (other than detergents) and nonabrasive semi-liquids, providing it has not been subject to loads in excess of indicated rating.

Under this warranty, the Waring Commercial Division will repair or replace any part which, upon our examination is defective in materials or workmanship, provided the product is delivered prepaid to the Warlng Service Center at New Hartford, CT 06057, or any Factory Approved Service Center.

This warranty does not: a) apply to any product which has become worn, defective, damaged or broken due to use or due to repairs or servicing by other than the Warlng Service Center or a Factory Approved Service Center, or due to abuse, misuse, overloading or tampering; b) cover incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

The one year warranty is applicable only to appliances used in the United States and Canada; this supersedes all other express product warranty or guaranty statements.

WARlNG: This warranty is VOID if appliance is used on Direct Current (D.C.).

TERMS and CONDITIONS
All orders from customers, whether solicited and written by Waring sales representatives, distributor, dealers or end users, are deemed offerings to purchase until accepted by Warlng in Connecticut. Waring reserves all rights to accept orders in whole or in part. Acceptance may be either by written confirmation or shipment of the order, in whole or in part.

RETURN MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. PLEASE NOTE: Interest at the rate of 1~% per month will be charged on past due accounts.

FREIGHT DAMAGE IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SELLER NOR DOES IT RELIEVE THE BUYER FROM OBLIGATION OF PROMPT PAYMENT.

Any claim for damaged merchandise must be processed through the delivering carrier by the consignee or the buyer. All returned goods will be subject to 20% restocking charge. All returns must be authorized by the factory and have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Hamilton Beach Returns

Goods may not be returned without written Return Authorization Number from Hamilton Beach Corperation.  All cartons returned must be marked with the RA number. In order for the merchandise to be returned, it must be in the originial carton and unopened. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 120 days of originial ship date. Special merchandise built to a buyer's specifications may not be returned.  Returned goods must be shipped to Hamilton Beach prepaid freight and will be credited less 30% restocking charge

Lazy Man Grills  Return Policy

Warranty
10 years on stainless steel burners, grates, fire box chassis, drip pan and hood against defects in material or workmanship, including burnout. Warranty does not include normal discoloration , mishandling, or misuse.

Returns
No returns will be accepted without expressed written authorization or without a return authorization (RA) number. All returns are subject to at least a 20% restocking fee and in some cases a handling charge
